Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in product requirement discussions and planning, providing insights and optimization suggestions from a user experience perspective.
• Organize information architecture and interaction flows, designing high-quality user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Deliver high-fidelity design drafts using tools like Figma and maintain a unified design language system.
• Address UX challenges in on-chain interactions and dApp usage, proposing effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation and consistency.
• Collect user feedback and behavioral data to drive iterative improvements and refine details.
• Stay updated on Web3 design trends and interaction methods, proposing innovative design ideas aligned with business scenarios.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, interaction, human-computer interaction, product management, or related fields preferred.
• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience; experience in product strategy discussions or partial product responsibilities is a plus.
• Proficiency in Figma with systematic component design skills and understanding of design standards and responsive design principles.
• Solid foundation in UX design, adept at understanding business problems from a user perspective and proposing solutions.
• Practical knowledge and usage experience in Web3 (e.g., wallets, dApps, DeFi, NFTs) and familiarity with on-chain operations.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills to drive designs from prototype to launch.
• Good English reading skills to quickly grasp technical documents, protocols, or community materials.
• Attention to detail and aesthetics, with a focus on product consistency and user experience.
• Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility, willing to grow with the team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in product management or experience in dual product-design roles in small teams.
• Experience in full-cycle 0→1 product projects with the ability to articulate design decision logic.
• Familiarity with wallet interaction flows, on-chain signatures, Gas error handling, and transaction status feedback design.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration.
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Skills in motion design, icon design, or brand extension are a plus.
• Structured portfolio showcasing project context, design process, evolution of ideas, and final outcomes.
