Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to create intuitive digital experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions, ensuring technical implementation matches design vision.
• Develop and execute innovative design concepts that enhance user satisfaction, improve product functionality, and anticipate future user needs.
• Conduct comprehensive user research through interviews, surveys, and analytics to identify pain points and opportunities for experience optimization.
• Design and maintain visual style guides, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces while maintaining brand identity and aesthetic standards.
• Iterate on design prototypes based on user feedback and stakeholder input, refining interactions and visual elements to achieve optimal user experience.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and user behavior patterns to continuously innovate and improve our product offerings.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design (1-3 years for full-time, 6 months for internship) with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop for creating high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent understanding of user experience research methodologies, including usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with product teams, developers, and stakeholders during the design process.
• Ability to create wireframes, flowcharts, and user journey maps to visualize complex interactions and information architecture.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices to ensure products are usable by all demographics.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative design cycles to align with fast-paced project timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Passion for user-centric design and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the field of UX design.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and a basic understanding of user interface design principles. The role also requires the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and data-driven insights.
