We are seeking a creative and data-driven professional to join our team as a Video and Image Advertising Designer. This role focuses on designing compelling visual advertisements for our overseas app products, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and drive performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the creative design of video and image advertisements for the company's overseas app products.
- Propose innovative video and image advertising ideas based on the characteristics of different apps and target markets.
- Create and modify video and image materials to align with campaign objectives.
- Monitor and organize advertising material data to track performance and identify trends.
- Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to gain insights into optimization opportunities.
- Analyze advertising effectiveness metrics (CTR, CVR, etc.) to guide continuous improvement of ad designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment with marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in video and image advertising design, preferably for mobile apps.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to generate innovative advertising ideas.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Understanding of advertising metrics (CTR, CVR) and data-driven optimization.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English to support overseas market initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization for digital ads.
- Knowledge of user behavior and psychology in advertising.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising formats.
