Job Description
This position requires the creation and development of product operation diagrams and other related content to support the design and implementation of business processes. The role involves translating complex operational workflows into visual representations that enhance understanding and communication across teams. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional departments to gather requirements, analyzing system architecture, and ensuring the accuracy and clarity of diagrams. The candidate will also be tasked with documenting procedures, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvements to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain product operation diagrams that accurately reflect business processes and system workflows
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand operational needs and requirements
- Conduct process analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and optimization opportunities
- Develop comprehensive documentation for operational procedures and system architecture
- Ensure diagrams are visually consistent, technically accurate, and aligned with organizational standards
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on process improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process visualization
- Coordinate with QA teams to validate diagram accuracy against actual operations
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership through clear visual communication
- Continuously refine and update diagrams as business processes evolve and change
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in designing business process diagrams (e.g., BPMN, UML, flowcharts)
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational workflows
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex systems and processes
- Proficiency in design tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and documentation standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and clarity in all deliverables
- Preferred experience with enterprise software systems and process automation tools
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
