Job Description
We are looking for a talented Marketing Designer to spearhead our design initiatives, creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand strategy and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and the ability to execute designs across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead marketing design work, encompassing video and images, from design strategy to execution of the entire process.
- Design creative digital content that effectively communicates design concepts and brand messaging.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate intricate technical and business requirements into user-centric design solutions, ensuring alignment with visual effect expectations.
- Demonstrate a keen sensitivity to data changes and user satisfaction with product features, continuously optimizing the user experience and enhancing product satisfaction and retention.
- Develop brand and product promotion short videos, animation creativity, and oversee design and production editing as per business requirements.
- Stay abreast of and analyze prevailing design trends, conducting research into target user needs, experience demands, and aesthetic inclinations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing design with a strong portfolio showcasing video and image design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and ability to translate business requirements into creative solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development.
- Ability to analyze data and user feedback to continuously improve design outcomes.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Experience in creating short promotional videos and animations is highly desirable.
