Job Description:
Location: Remote (Taiwan Market Focus)
- Expand growth channels and partnership resources in Taiwan, including crypto KOLs (YouTube/X/Instagram/Threads), Telegram & LINE communities, media, and ecosystem partners.
- Maintain and deepen long-term relationships with KOLs, community leaders, and agents, leading negotiations and execution of referral/rebate programs, content collaborations, AMAs, and co-branded events.
- Track and analyze promotion and partnership data, propose optimization strategies, and implement improvements to continuously enhance ROI.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and product teams to align local market growth strategies with brand direction.
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with Taiwan's crypto KOL and community ecosystem, able to quickly identify key accounts and their collaboration styles across platforms. Existing KOL/community/agent connections are a plus.
- Meet one of the following: 2+ years in BD/growth marketing/community operations (exchange, Web3 project, or agency background preferred) OR deep understanding of Taiwan's crypto ecosystem as an experienced participant.
- Native Chinese (Mandarin/Traditional) proficiency, deeply engaged in Telegram/LINE community culture. English proficiency for work communication (mainly written).
- Bachelor's degree or above (any major). Outstanding fresh graduates may be considered.
- Web3/crypto/contract trading/community operation experience is a plus. Knowledge of perpetual contracts or on-chain trading ecosystems (e.g., Hyperliquid) is highly valued.
- Goal-driven with strong data sensitivity, capable of managing BD pipelines and tracking ROI using Notion/spreadsheets.
- Clear logic, direct communication, and persuasive presence. Thrives in fast-paced, multitasking environments.
