職務責任
1. 市場拡大：ローカライズされた成長戦略を策定・実行し、LBankの世界各国での市場シェアを向上させる。
2. KOL・チャネルパートナーシップ：トップクラスの暗号通貨KOL、インフルエンサー、コミュニティリーダーとの長期的な関係を発掘、交渉、維持し、ユーザー獲得を推進する。
3. 戦略的提携：暗号通貨プロジェクト、機関クライアント、エコシステムパートナーとの協力関係を確立し、プラットフォームの流動性とブランド影響力を強化する。
4. キャンペーン管理：マーケティングおよびオペレーションチームと協力し、ウェビナー、オフラインイベント、P2Pプロモーションなどの地域キャンペーンを企画・実行する。
5. 市場調査：地域動向、競合動向、規制政策の変化を追跡し、製品最適化のための実践的な提案を行う。
6. 関係管理：地域パートナーの主要連絡窓口として、高い満足度と継続的な協力を確保する。
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion: Develop and execute localized growth strategies to increase LBank’s market share all around the world.
2. KOL & Channel Partnership: Identify, negotiate, and manage long-term relationships with top-tier crypto KOLs, influencers, and community leaders to drive user acquisition.
3. Strategic Alliances: Secure partnerships with crypto projects, institutional clients, and ecosystem players to enhance platform liquidity and brand reach.
4. Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to design and implement regional campaigns, including webinars, offline events, and P2P promotions.
5. Market Intelligence: Monitor regional trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights for product optimization.
6. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional partners, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous collaboration.
応募要件:
必須要件：
1. 対象拡大地域の言語に精通した華僑または中国人（例：英語、アラビア語、トルコ語、ラテン語、韓国語など）
2. 取引所でのBD関連経験が必須
3. 過去の取引量を証明として提示できること
優遇事項：
1. 他の取引所のトップBDまたは地域責任者
2. Bingx、WEEX、Bitunix、CoinWでのBD職務経験
Mandatory requirement:
1.Ethnic Chinese or Chinese nationals proficient in the languages of the target expansion regions (e.g., English, Arabic, Turkish, Latin, Korean etc.).
2. Need to have previous BD experience at any exchanges
3. must have previous trading volume as proof
Bonus point:
1. Top BDs/Regional Leader from other exchanges
2. Had worked at Bingx, WEEX, Bitunix & CoinW as BD
