Job Description:
We’re looking for a Community Manager to engage with and grow our global community, primarily on Telegram and Discord. You’ll be the first line of contact for thousands of users and developers, helping educate, support, and engage with the Casper community.
Manage and moderate Casper’s Telegram and Discord channels
Welcome new users and guide them through their first steps
Respond to questions and escalate technical or product-related issues
Monitor discussions to ensure respectful, constructive communication
Spot trends, surface feedback, and relay insights to the core team
Create and schedule community polls, mini-events, or FAQ posts
Collaborate with marketing for announcements and campaigns
Help foster local language communities (if applicable)
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Prior experience in crypto/Web3 communities
Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals
Friendly, reliable, and proactive communication style
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Nice to have: Proficiency in additional languages
