Job Description
1. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of public chain ecosystem projects, including: project documentation and requirement collection, project suitability assessment, delivery plan formulation, coordination of technical, product, and operational resources, project launch promotion, post-launch acceptance, continuous follow-up and review, and the establishment of standardized, replicable project delivery SOPs, project management mechanisms, and acceptance criteria.
2. Serve as critical backend support for the BD team, collaborating closely with BD to enhance project conversion efficiency. This includes:
- Quickly understanding the business model and core requirements of projects introduced by BD
- Assisting BD in mapping out project advancement paths and delivery plans
- Early involvement in key projects to coordinate cross-departmental solutions for technical and product issues
- Coordinating internal resources to transition projects from partnership intent to actual implementation
3. Oversee unified validation and admission of ecosystem projects, establishing project evaluation and acceptance mechanisms to comprehensively assess project authenticity, business model, product maturity, technical requirements, ecosystem fit, delivery feasibility, and launch conditions. Ensure that projects entering the public chain have clear delivery paths, responsible parties, and timelines.
4. Drive cross-departmental collaboration, coordinating BD, technical, product, operations, Labs/incubation, and marketing teams to ensure projects are implemented as planned.
5. Bridge product and operations to capture ecosystem needs: Continuously gather genuine requirements from project stakeholders during delivery, feed high-frequency and common B-end demands to the product team, and provide input for product capability development. Collaborate with the operations team to guide projects from launch → ecosystem showcase → operational support → user growth, forming a complete project lifecycle management framework.
6. Identify high-potential projects and collaborate with Labs/incubation teams to advance resource support, ecosystem partnerships, and in-depth incubation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of public chain ecosystem projects, ensuring seamless delivery and post-launch support
- Act as a strategic partner to the BD team, enhancing project conversion and implementation efficiency
- Develop and enforce standardized project evaluation, acceptance, and management frameworks
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align resources and timelines for successful project execution
- Translate project requirements into actionable insights for product and operational improvements
- Spotlight and nurture high-potential projects through targeted resource allocation and ecosystem partnerships
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Web3, blockchain, public chain ecosystems, project management, or related fields
- Proven track record in public chain project delivery, ecosystem operations, or B-end project management
- Deep understanding of Web3 project workflows from business collaboration to technical integration and operational launch
- Strong project management and cross-departmental coordination skills
- Ability to multitask across projects while maintaining accountability for progress and outcomes
- Solid technical grasp of Web3 infrastructure (wallets, RPC, Explorer, Oracle, Bridge, Smart Contracts, SDK/API)
- Effective communicator capable of engaging with founders, technical leads, and BD professionals
- Analytical problem-solver with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Fluent English communication skills to support global project collaborations
