Job Description
The role is positioned to establish and optimize the platform's operational system, taking full responsibility for growth and conversion outcomes. It involves overseeing channel ecosystems and user lifecycle operations, building operational methodologies, mechanisms, and data systems to drive scalable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Goals & Strategy: Achieve monthly/quarterly core KPIs by formulating growth strategies and resource planning (channel expansion, user segmentation, campaign mechanisms, outreach strategies).
- Channel Operations: Develop and optimize channel ecosystems (KOLs/agents/communities/content), design partnership frameworks and incentive mechanisms to enhance ROI and user quality.
- User Operations: Establish lifecycle and tiered user management (new-active-high value-churned/inactive) to boost registration→deposit→transaction conversion and retention.
- Campaigns & Productization: Lead campaign planning and retrospectives, drive operational capabilities into product features (campaign configuration, missions/rewards, audience tagging, outreach systems).
- Data Systems: Build dashboards and review mechanisms to monitor funnel metrics, retention, conversion, LTV, and continuously refine growth models.
- Team & Collaboration: Manage operational teams (channel/user/campaign), coordinate cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and support to deliver projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years in growth/user/channel operations with team management experience.
- Preference for candidates with experience in leading Chinese tech companies.
- Proven ability to build systems from scratch (channels, user segmentation, campaign mechanisms, data dashboards), strong data-driven decision-making and project execution skills.
- Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, exceptional cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration capabilities.
