Product Director (ToC｜Startup)
We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our ToC product strategy and execution in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall direction and strategy for ToC products, participating in core business decisions
- Develop product frameworks and establish phased objectives using mature product methodologies
- Drive product growth from 0→1 or 1→N stages
- Deeply understand user needs and business goals to make high-quality product decisions amid uncertainty
- Lead and mentor product teams to enhance their strategic thinking, execution capabilities, and delivery quality
- Own core requirement definition, product design, and release cadence
- Collaborate effectively with R&D, design, and operations teams
- Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to facilitate rapid experimentation and iteration
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of ToC product experience with full product lifecycle exposure
- Startup experience or experience building products from scratch preferred
- Deep understanding of product methodologies (user research, requirement assessment, prioritization, growth, data loops)
- Strong independent judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to drive product progress under resource constraints
- Experience managing or mentoring product teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Result-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Web3/Crypto/Blockchain products and industry
- Proficiency in English (reading, communication, meetings)
- Experience with international users or global products
