本ポジションはCrypto業界における海外市場開拓に焦点を当て、グローバル取引所・機関投資家・業界エコシステムパートナーとの深い協力関係構築・維持を中核とし、暗号通貨（Token）の取引所上場全プロセス推進を主導するとともに、海外市場の成長機会を開拓し、当社事業の国際市場におけるスケール展開とブランド浸透を支援します。
This role focuses on overseas market expansion in the Crypto industry. It is primarily responsible for building and maintaining in-depth cooperative relationships with global exchanges, institutional investors, and industry ecosystem partners, leading the end-to-end process of token listing on exchanges, while exploring overseas market growth opportunities to support the large-scale implementation of the company's business and brand penetration in the international market.
主な職務責任（Key Responsibilities）
1、海外取引所パートナーシップ管理：Binance、Coinbase、OKXなどのグローバル主要・有望暗号通貨取引所との連携を担当し、Token上場全プロセス（申請書類準備・コンプライアンス対応・上場交渉・上場後運営連携）を主導し、上場目標の効率的な達成を確保
Overseas Exchange Partnership Management: Connect with mainstream and potential global crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, OKX), lead the end-to-end token listing process (including preparation of application materials, compliance communication, listing negotiations, and post-listing operation coordination) to ensure the efficient achievement of listing goals.
2、海外ビジネス関係拡大：海外市場BD戦略を策定し、取引所・マーケットメイカー・ブロックチェーンプロジェクト・業界団体などのエコシステムパートナーリソースを積極的に開拓し、長期的で安定した協力ネットワークを構築し、事業拡大にリソース支援を提供
Overseas Business Relationship Expansion: Develop overseas market BD strategies, proactively explore and expand ecosystem partner resources such as exchanges, market makers, blockchain project parties, and industry associations, and establish a long-term and stable cooperation network to provide resource support for business expansion.
3、市場需要と競合分析：海外Crypto市場動向・政策法規変化・競合動向（特に競合上場戦略・協力モデル）を追跡し、分析レポートを作成、自社製品改善・上場意思決定・BD戦略最適化にデータサポートを提供
Market Demand & Competitor Analysis: Track overseas Crypto market trends, changes in policies and regulations, and competitor actions (especially competitor listing strategies and cooperation models), output analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's product iteration, listing decisions, and BD strategy optimization.
4、部門横断連携推進：内部技術・コンプライアンス・運営・マーケティングチームと連携し、上場プロセスにおける技術連携・コンプライアンス審査・上場プロモーション等の円滑な接続を確保し、協力における部門横断的問題を解決
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with internal technical, compliance, operation, and marketing teams to ensure efficient connection of links such as technical docking, compliance review, and launch promotion during the listing process, and solve cross-departmental issues in cooperation.
5、ビジネス交渉と契約管理：海外パートナーとのビジネス交渉（協力条件・費用構造・権利義務定義等）を担当し、協力契約書の起草・審査を行い、会社の権益を保護し協力リスクを低減
Business Negotiation & Contract Management: Conduct business negotiations with overseas partners (including cooperation terms, fee structure, definition of rights and obligations, etc.), draft and review cooperation agreements to protect the company's rights and interests and reduce cooperation risks.

必要条件（Requirements）：
1、学歴と経験：大卒以上、Crypto/ブロックチェーン業界での海外BD経験3年以上、1-2件の完全なToken取引所上場プロジェクト主導実績（検証可能な事例要）、主要取引所上場ルール（Binance Launchpad、Coinbase Asset Listing Criteria等）に精通
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of overseas BD experience in the Crypto/blockchain industry. At least led 1-2 complete token listing projects on exchanges (verifiable cases required), familiar with listing rules of mainstream exchanges (e.g., Binance Launchpad, Coinbase Asset Listing Criteria).
2、リソースと能力：グローバル主要取引所（トップ層・セカンドティア）・マーケットメイカー・海外機関顧客等のコアリソース保有者優先；優れた異文化コミュニケーション能力とビジネス交渉スキル、英語を業務言語として流暢に使用可能（聞く・話す・読む・書く）
Resources & Abilities: Priority given to candidates with core resources such as global mainstream exchanges (top-tier and second-tier), market makers, and overseas institutional clients; excellent cross-cultural communication skills and business negotiation skills, proficient in using English as the working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
3、専門知識：Crypto業界エコシステム（パブリックチェーン・DeFi・NFT・Web3等）を深く理解、海外Crypto規制政策（米国SEC、EU MiCA規制等）に精通し、市場リスクと協力機会を正確に判断可能
Professional Cognition: Deep understanding of the Crypto industry ecosystem (including public chains, DeFi, NFT, Web3 and other segments), familiar with overseas Crypto regulatory policies (e.g., US SEC, EU MiCA regulations), and able to accurately judge market risks and cooperation opportunities.
4、総合素質：強い目標意識と実行力、海外市場の時差を超えた協業に適応可能、高いストレス耐性、スタートアップチーム勤務経験者優先
Comprehensive Qualities: Strong sense of goal and execution ability, able to adapt to cross-time zone collaboration in overseas markets, strong pressure resistance, and priority given to candidates with work experience in startup teams.
5、中国語・英語・韓国語を業務言語として使用可能（韓国語能力は優遇事項）
The working languages are Chinese, English, and Korean. Knowing Korean is an added advantage.
