Job Description:
Position: PR Director (Growth / Narrative Operator)
Core Role: As Luffa's global brand narrative architect and growth-oriented PR strategist, you will leverage AI+Crypto Native thinking to build Luffa's brand influence and user growth loop in the era of Agentic Economy.
Narrative & Strategy: Building Brand Authority
- Lead the development of Luffa's global brand narrative system, transforming core values like "Agentic Economy infrastructure," "DID identity," "on-chain collaboration," and "value data network" into cross-regional, cross-demographic stories that establish industry differentiation.
- Continuously track cutting-edge trends in AI Agentic Economy and Web3, aligning with market hotspots to develop phased PR strategies and communication rhythms that create narrative momentum.
- Design tiered content systems (alpha posts, visual explanations, strategic interpretations, meme content) for diverse audiences including global users, partners, and investors to achieve precise engagement.
Growth PR: Creating Viral Events & User Loops
- Plan and execute global PR events (e.g., Agentic Economy campaigns, creator-fan engagement, celebrity/IP collaborations, DAO co-creation projects) that directly drive platform user growth, product activation, and ecosystem vitality.
- Leverage X/Telegram/DAO channels to design community-driven propagation mechanisms (meme challenges, content mining, referral incentives), turning users into brand ambassadors to amplify global reach.
- Develop PR+product integrated campaigns (e.g., DID identity claims, agent collaboration tasks, on-chain reward redemptions) to achieve "awareness-usage-retention" conversion loops.
Resources & Channels: Global Ecosystem Coordination
- Build and maintain global AI/Crypto resource networks (KOLs, media, projects, DAOs, industry associations) for cross-platform amplification and enhanced brand influence.
- Lead PR content operations on international social media (X/Telegram/Reddit), producing community-aligned memes, interactive content, and deep dives to activate global user engagement.
- Oversee PR execution for product launches, major partnerships, and industry summits, creating complete "preheat-explosion-longtail" communication cycles.
Data & Iteration: Driving PR Performance
- Establish PR performance metrics (user growth, brand visibility, community activity, content reach) and produce data-driven optimization reports.
- Collaborate deeply with product, community, and growth teams to feed PR insights into product iterations and operational strategies for ecosystem synergy.
- Utilize AI tools (Claude/GPT/Grok) to enhance content production, trend responsiveness, and resource matching efficiency, building AI-native PR workflows.
Risk & Compliance: Global Brand Safeguarding
- Maintain global Crypto/AI compliance awareness, ensuring content adherence to regional regulations.
- Develop舆情monitoring and crisis response mechanisms to address industry controversies and protect brand reputation.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields preferred
- 3-5+ years in AI/Crypto/Web3 PR, growth marketing, or narrative operations with proven success in brand momentum building and user growth campaigns (e.g., viral events, community fission, global outreach)
