Job Description
We are seeking a Web3 Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end development of Web3 products from initial research to launch and iteration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Web3 product development and the ability to independently drive requirements to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Web3 product research, competitive analysis, and user needs assessment.
- Design on-chain product workflows including wallet connection, signature authorization, asset display, trading/exchange, and smart contract interactions.
- Deliver detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), prototypes, flowcharts, business rules, and exception handling documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, front-end, back-end, smart contracts, and QA to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Monitor product metrics and user feedback to continuously optimize user experience and conversion rates.
Interview Process
The selection process consists of two interview rounds. Priority will be given to candidates based in Shenzhen.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in STEM, Finance, or Computer Science fields.
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience with proven Web3 product expertise.
- Experience with wallet, DeFi, DEX, exchange, on-chain tools or protocol products.
- Participation in Web3 startup projects or 0-to-1 product development is highly preferred.
