We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product planning and execution for our Web3 platform.
You will define product scope, manage priorities, and work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features.
This role requires strong ownership, clear decision-making, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

- プロダクトマネージャーとして3年以上の経験（Web3またはSaaS経験者優遇）

- 製品リリースの実績（企画段階のみではない）
- 流暢な英語力（グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションが必要）
- 3+ years experience as Product Manager (Web3 or SaaS preferred)
- Strong ability to define scope, prioritize, and make decisions
- Experience working with engineers and managing product delivery
- Good understanding of user flows, UX, and product structure
- Familiar with Agile / sprint-based development
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Proven experience shipping products (not just planning)
- Fluent in English (communication with global team)
