Job Description
As a Mobile UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process of mobile applications. Your primary focus will be creating seamless and intuitive user experiences for iOS and Android platforms, particularly in complex financial and Web3 scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design for iOS/Android Apps
- Design user experiences for complex financial and Web3 scenarios including digital asset display, transaction flows, authorization confirmations, and risk control prompts
- Transform underlying technical complexity into simple, secure and trustworthy user experiences
- Continuously iterate product experience based on user-centered design principles
- Make design decisions based on user research, data analysis and feedback
- Deliver high-quality UI designs and design systems
- Build reusable components to ensure cross-platform consistency and scalability
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business and technical constraints into clear user flows
- Occasionally support other design needs including website/landing pages, in-app illustrations, and marketing materials
Job Requirements
- Essential Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in UX/product/UI design
- Complete C-end mobile App (iOS/Android) project experience (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Figma and other mainstream design tools
- Solid UX foundation with understanding of mobile design specifications
- Ability to independently complete complex process design from concept to launch
- Excellent communication and design presentation skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing Web3/digital assets/wallet/DeFi/NFT related products
- Basic understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, account abstraction concepts
- Experience designing high-security, risk-controlled, regulated products
- Attention to security, trustworthiness, and explainability in UX details
- Strong aesthetic sense with ability to balance UX strategy and UI implementation
- Self-driven in startup environments with initiative to push design quality
