Job Description
As a multi-channel ambassador for GoSleep, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand communication strategies across digital platforms. This position requires proactive creation and management of diverse content formats to engage target audiences effectively. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive operation guides, producing visually compelling videos, crafting concise memos, and designing informative infographics to enhance user understanding of our products and services. Additionally, you will be tasked with establishing and maintaining active online communities on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, WeChat, and Facebook to foster brand loyalty and user interaction. As a KOL ambassador, you will leverage your personal fanbase and community resources to amplify brand visibility, while also creating and distributing high-quality content such as tweets, blog articles, and operation guides to drive engagement and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a consistent content strategy across multiple platforms, including but not limited to operation guides, videos, memos, infographics, and one-page summaries.
  • Actively manage and grow regional online communities on Telegram, Discord, WeChat, and Facebook through regular engagement, content sharing, and user interaction.
  • Create and publish original content such as tweets, blog articles, and operation guides that align with GoSleep's brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and timeliness, particularly for product updates and company news.
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify trends, optimize content performance, and improve user experience.
  • Organize and execute community-driven initiatives, including contests, Q&A sessions, and product launch events, to strengthen brand presence.
  • Provide timely responses to user inquiries and feedback within community platforms to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure GoSleep's content remains competitive and innovative.
  • Represent GoSleep's brand values in all communication efforts, fostering trust and credibility among users and partners.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop content calendars and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirements
