Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to lead our brand development and marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, executing innovative marketing campaigns, and driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Develop comprehensive brand strategy planning and system construction aligned with company development strategy. Expand and optimize brand positioning to enhance brand image and influence.
- Event Planning: Oversee all aspects of brand planning, design, promotion, and management. Execute both online and offline brand activities while exploring user needs and product core values.
- Digital Marketing Integration: Implement data-driven marketing strategies by analyzing and interpreting marketing activity data. Continuously optimize integrated marketing plans based on market/product/user characteristics.
- Brand Marketing: Manage brand marketing activities including media placement, public opinion monitoring, MCN agency cooperation, and KOL partnerships. Develop innovative marketing approaches and resource integration.
- Industry Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics. Conduct research and analysis to extract valuable insights for strategy adjustment and maintain industry influence.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in brand strategy development and implementation
- Strong background in both online and offline marketing campaign execution
- Excellent data analysis skills with ability to derive actionable insights
- Experience in media placement, KOL collaboration, and public relations
- Deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Creative thinking with ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or digital-first brands
- Background working with MCN agencies and top KOLs
- Familiarity with brand positioning in competitive markets
- Knowledge of integrated marketing across multiple channels
