Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Overseas KOL and Project Resource Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and project resources in international markets. This position plays a crucial role in expanding our global presence and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with potential KOLs in target overseas markets
- Develop and implement strategies for KOL engagement and collaboration
- Source and evaluate potential project resources and partnerships
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute KOL campaigns and projects
- Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL collaborations and projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in international markets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with KOLs and project partners
- Track and report on key performance metrics and ROI of partnerships
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL management or business development
- Proven track record of developing successful international partnerships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and at least one other language
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work across different time zones
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global or multicultural environment
- Existing network of international KOL contacts
- Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and tools
