Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Serve the company's VIP customers and high-end clients developed by the marketing department, while actively expanding new customer relationships.
• Provide professional financial and asset allocation services tailored to customer needs, ensuring their investment objectives are met.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with high net worth clients, continuously reviewing and optimizing asset allocation strategies.
• Manage customer information in compliance with company regulations and develop customer referral programs.
• Monitor financial market trends and product developments, providing recommendations to the financial product R&D center based on high net worth clients' personalized wealth management needs.
• Achieve performance targets and complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or private banking, preferably with high net worth clients.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and asset allocation strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage and retain VIP clients.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized financial solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) are a plus.
