Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Contract BD (Business Development) professional or Contract BD Manager to join our team, focusing on exchange contract business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence in the derivatives trading sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand our contract trading services.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients and retail traders.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the derivatives market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in contract BD, preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
- Extensive network of channels and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) resources.
- Proven experience in developing markets in regions such as Chinese-speaking countries, Europe, Latin America, CIS, or Turkey.
- Strong understanding of exchange data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and at least one other relevant language.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting targets and deadlines.
