Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with contract management expertise, proven performance records, and extensive agent resources to join our team in Dubai. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the blockchain and investment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- User Acquisition: Leverage resources in blockchain, investment, funds, stocks, and cryptocurrency industries to drive new user acquisition. Assist the operations team in user conversion by developing market acquisition strategies and leading the team to achieve targets.
- Channel Development: Demonstrate excellent ability in identifying and integrating new channels. Create high-quality marketing plans and explore diverse sales promotion channels, including but not limited to news media, vertical media, investment communities, industry influencers, app downloads, SEO, quantitative teams, strategy optimizers, and investment lecturers. Examples include Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google SEO, Google Play, Cointelegraph, CNN, Feixiaohao, Jinse Finance, CoinWorld, CoinMarketCap, and more.
- KPI Achievement: Set clear KPIs for user acquisition, channel expansion, and conversion rates. Lead the team in developing executable marketing and campaign plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Team Management: Develop and execute market strategies that align with operational and product cycles. Optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve market goals. Manage team members effectively, maximizing individual strengths and fostering team growth.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis, monitor industry trends, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Education & Knowledge: Bachelor's degree or higher with basic stock investment knowledge and experience. Professional market management skills and cryptocurrency contract experience are essential.
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in the cryptocurrency industry and 4 years in stock/fund investments (experience from any country is acceptable).
- Resource Network: At least 10 blockchain media/community channels, 20 industry influencers, or 30 other core resources.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese. Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on client needs rather than personal preferences.
- Industry Requirement: Prior experience in a similar role, preferably as a listing/contract leader.
