We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract BD (Business Development) professional or Contract BD Manager to join our team, focusing on exchange contract business. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth in the derivatives trading sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the exchange's contract business.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients and retail traders.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in contract business development, preferably within the cryptocurrency or derivatives trading industry.
- Extensive network of channels and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) resources.
- Proven experience in developing markets in regions such as Chinese-speaking countries, Europe, Latin America, CIS, Turkey, or deep expertise in a specific country's contract market.
- Familiarity with exchange data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
