Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the landscape of all ecosystem participants, including L1/L2 Blockchains, subgraphs, and dapps.
• Build and maintain relationships with top protocols, dapps, and crypto companies.
• Monitor partners' upcoming events and product launches, providing support where possible.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships relevant to The Graph's Web3 and multi-blockchain strategy.
• Identify projects using subgraphs and proactively maximize those relationships.
• Coordinate integration/collaboration initiatives and work with Solutions Engineers to ensure completion.
• Manage top accounts paying for queries in the decentralized network and convert hosted service users to paying users.
• Educate new dapps on migrating to the network and ensure a seamless experience.
• Address issues for existing users efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Facilitate internal and external group events, including online panels, conferences, and logistics.
• Contribute to business strategy and long-term planning.
• Identify high-level partners to bring into the ecosystem as power users.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Web3, and decentralized ecosystems.
• Experience in partnership management or business development in the crypto space.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and work with technical teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and maximize opportunities.
• Experience in event planning and logistics coordination is a plus.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term business growth.
