Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Governance and Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating and coordinating various governance processes, internal operations, and cross-team collaborations within The Graph ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead facilitation and coordination of governance processes for The Graph, including minute-taking, administrative support for The Graph Council, and managing the GIP technical governance process
  • Facilitate community input and engagement in governance matters
  • Coordinate activities between the Foundation and core developer teams, supporting internal business and operations
  • Manage operational project management for core developer coordination and release management processes
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Program Managers and Product Managers from various engineering teams
  • Oversee internal initiatives, web3 projects, and Graph-related projects from conception to completion
  • Own tracking, milestone management, and output delivery for internal initiatives
  • Facilitate coordination between foundation contributors and external stakeholders including grantees, contractors, core developers, DAOs, and governance participants
Additional Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop best practices for governance coordination, and contribute to the overall efficiency of The Graph's operations. You will serve as a bridge between technical teams, governance bodies, and community stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all parties.
