Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract BD professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing our agency/partner policies, driving business growth, and ensuring effective management of our agent network.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the formulation of the company's agency/partner policies in accordance with the company's strategy, and comprehensively promote the company's products
- Establish a cooperative control system for agents, responsible for recruitment, operation management, incentive and elimination of agents
- Provide business guidance and training to agents, and collaborate with agents to complete channel performance tasks
- Cooperate with the company's management system for agents and implement various agency management work
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on agent performance, providing recommendations for improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or channel management
- Strong understanding of agency/partner management and business development strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the same industry or related field
- Knowledge of local market conditions and business practices
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
