Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract BD professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing our agency/partner policies, driving business growth, and ensuring effective management of our agent network.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the formulation of the company's agency/partner policies in accordance with the company's strategy, and comprehensively promote the company's products
  • Establish a cooperative control system for agents, responsible for recruitment, operation management, incentive and elimination of agents
  • Provide business guidance and training to agents, and collaborate with agents to complete channel performance tasks
  • Cooperate with the company's management system for agents and implement various agency management work
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on agent performance, providing recommendations for improvement
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or channel management
  • Strong understanding of agency/partner management and business development strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the same industry or related field
  • Knowledge of local market conditions and business practices
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
