Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Global KOL Screening and Expansion: Identify high-quality content creators across mainstream platforms including Twitter, YouTube, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, etc. Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of domestic and international KOLs.
• Anchor Recruitment (KOLs & Amateurs): Recruit knowledgeable anchors and creators with expertise in Crypto/Web3 or strong content creation skills. Focus areas include market trend analysis, trading strategies, educational content, and live streaming participation.
• KOL Partnership Management: Develop and maintain sustainable cooperation mechanisms with KOLs through regular communication and engagement to boost content activity and loyalty.
• Cross-Team Collaboration & Effectiveness Tracking: Work closely with marketing, PR, and operations teams to plan campaigns, analyze collaboration data, and refine recruitment and operational strategies.
• Trend Insight & Ecosystem Development: Monitor industry trends and Web3 community developments to inform content strategies and recruitment approaches.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in KOL/creator management or business development, preferably in Web3/Crypto.
• Strong network of content creators and influencers across global platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships.
• Bilingual proficiency (English + Chinese) is highly preferred for cross-border collaboration.
• Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
• Passion for Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies.
