Job Description
Sidekick is seeking a Korean KOL Business Development professional to join our remote team. This role focuses on expanding our Web3 presence in the Korean market by identifying and collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and content creators. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and have experience in the Web3/crypto space.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and expand Korean KOL networks across platforms like Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of local KOLs/MCNs covering trading, information, and content creation
- Recruit live streamers and content creators with Crypto/Web3 knowledge or content creation skills
- Facilitate participation in platform livestreams, AMA interviews, and market trend sharing
- Manage ongoing KOL relationships to establish long-term, stable cooperation systems
- Continuously improve content engagement, platform stickiness, and collaboration satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and operations teams on content campaigns and KOL projects
- Track cooperation results, analyze data, and improve recruitment/management strategies
- Monitor Korean content ecosystem and Web3 community trends to inform strategies
- Enhance platform awareness and user conversion in the Korean market through KOL support
Job Requirements
- Native or fluent Korean language proficiency
- Experience in KOL/creator management or business development
- Understanding of Web3/crypto ecosystem (preferred)
- Strong network within Korean content creator communities
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Self-motivated with ability to work remotely
- Bilingual Korean/English skills preferred
