Job Description
Sidekick is looking for a Korean-speaking Content Moderator & Customer Support Specialist to join our Web3 remote team. This role involves real-time monitoring of live streaming content and providing product support to contracted streamers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and have flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Content Moderation:
- Monitor live broadcasts in real-time to ensure compliance with platform guidelines regarding content, language, and behavior
- Maintain broadcast atmosphere by preventing low-quality content, policy violations, and unauthorized transmissions
- Monitor chat interactions to quickly identify and document sensitive topics, phishing links, or inappropriate comments
- Observe streamer broadcast status and assist in preparing anomaly reports
- Complete monitoring logs during shifts to ensure content compliance and healthy platform operation
- Product Customer Support:
- Address streamer inquiries regarding product usage (e.g., broadcasting issues, feature errors, usage instructions)
- Help streamers understand platform features by providing usage guidelines and basic technical support
- Organize daily inquiries and contribute to internal knowledge sharing by archiving FAQs
- Provide prompt feedback to product team regarding platform functionality issues and follow up on resolutions
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Korean (required)
- Bilingual Korean/Chinese preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify policy violations
- Basic technical understanding to provide product support
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
