Matrixport, as a prominent player in the Crypto and financial services industry, is seeking a Business Development professional to expand its influence through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing campaigns. The role emphasizes leveraging KOLs and Ambassadors to drive user acquisition and growth, particularly in specialized areas like US stock trading and macro-finance. The mention of relocation opportunities to Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur suggests Matrixport's focus on expanding its presence in emerging markets, indicating a need for candidates with a global mindset and adaptability to diverse business environments.

As an interviewer, I would prioritize candidates who demonstrate a proven track record in building and managing partnerships within the Crypto or finance sectors. The ideal candidate should showcase their ability to translate market trends into actionable business strategies, as well as their experience in independently managing campaigns. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, given the role's focus on collaborating with KOLs and Ambassadors. Additionally, candidates with existing networks in the Crypto or finance space would have a competitive edge.
