Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to build and operate a private ecosystem for US stock investors across platforms such as Telegram, WeChat, and Reddit. The role involves designing and executing end-to-end SOPs from traffic acquisition to fund deposit and trading. You will be responsible for identifying high-conversion customer acquisition channels, including financial KOLs, MCN agencies, associations, and affiliate programs. Additionally, you will explore niche but high-performing long-tail channels and potential cross-industry partnerships (e.g., offline retail) to identify traffic sources.
You will also plan high-growth marketing campaigns and external collaborations based on US stock market trends and industry developments. Continuous tracking of customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and user lifetime value will be essential to refine strategies and resource allocation. Lastly, you will drive innovative growth initiatives and strategic partnerships aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage private community ecosystems for US stock investors (Telegram, WeChat, Reddit, etc.).
- Design and implement full-funnel SOPs from lead generation to transaction completion.
- Identify and optimize high-conversion acquisition channels (KOLs, MCNs, affiliates, associations).
- Discover and leverage niche long-tail channels with strong conversion potential.
- Establish cross-industry partnerships (e.g., offline retail) to expand traffic sources.
- Plan and execute data-driven marketing campaigns based on market trends.
- Monitor KPIs (CAC, retention, LTV) to refine strategies and resource allocation.
- Drive innovative growth initiatives and strategic collaborations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of growth/BD experience in internet brokerage or crypto trading platforms.
- Deep understanding of US stock trading, options, derivatives, and cross-border investments (preferred).
- Expertise in private community growth strategies with strong user psychology insights.
- Proven track record in successful US stock "influencer marketing" or large-scale referral campaigns (preferred).
