Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to generate new business opportunities across all stages of the sales funnel.
- Conduct outbound sales activities targeting Web2 and Web3 companies, including cold outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Manage and optimize Web3-specific sales channels such as Discord, Twitter, and LinkedIn to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Utilize and continuously refine Hubspot CRM systems to track sales progress, manage client interactions, and improve overall sales performance.
- Create and maintain high-quality sales presentations and marketing materials tailored to the needs of Web3 and Web2 clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Head of B2B Sales and IT departments, to align sales goals with company objectives.
- Engage with founders and C-level executives of Web3 and Web2 companies across various industries and business sizes to build long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and achieve team KPIs through proactive goal setting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of sales tactics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Web3 or related technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Hubspot, with experience in data management and lead tracking.
- Ability to create compelling sales collateral and presentations that effectively communicate product value.
- Strong outbound sales skills, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Experience working in remote teams across different time zones, with excellent time management and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with founders, C-level executives, and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sales pipelines simultaneously and meet performance targets.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for global client engagement.
