Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and expand Korean KOL networks across platforms like Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, focusing on Korean content creators.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of local KOL/MCN resources covering various fields such as trading, information, and content creation.
• Recruit live streamers and content creators with knowledge in Crypto/Web3 or strong content presentation skills.
• Facilitate participation in platform live streams, AMA interviews, and sharing of market hot topics.
• Manage and nurture relationships with KOLs to establish long-term, stable, and sustainable cooperation systems.
• Continuously improve content engagement, platform stickiness, and satisfaction levels among Korean creators.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and operations teams to plan and execute content campaigns and KOL partnership projects.
• Track cooperation performance, analyze data, and refine recruitment and management strategies.
• Monitor trends in the Korean content ecosystem and Web3 community to inform content and KOL partnership strategies.
• Enhance platform awareness and user conversion in the Korean market through KOL support.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Korean is mandatory; bilingual candidates (Korean/Chinese) are preferred.
• Experience in business development, influencer marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the Crypto/Web3 industry and content creation landscape.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and collaborate across teams.
