Job Description
This position is for a Korean KOL Business Development role in the Web3 sector, offering remote work opportunities. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Korean and preferably bilingual in Korean and Chinese. This is a full-time position focusing on expanding and managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partnerships in the Korean market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and expand Korean KOL networks across platforms like Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, focusing on Korean content creators.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of local KOL/MCN resources covering various fields such as trading, information, and content creation.
- Recruit live streamers and content creators with knowledge in Crypto/Web3 or strong content presentation skills.
- Facilitate participation in platform live streams, AMA interviews, and sharing of market hot topics.
- Manage and nurture relationships with KOLs to establish long-term, stable, and sustainable cooperation systems.
- Continuously improve content engagement, platform stickiness, and satisfaction levels among Korean creators.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and operations teams to plan and execute content campaigns and KOL partnership projects.
- Track cooperation performance, analyze data, and refine recruitment and management strategies.
- Monitor trends in the Korean content ecosystem and Web3 community to inform content and KOL partnership strategies.
- Enhance platform awareness and user conversion in the Korean market through KOL support.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Korean is mandatory; bilingual candidates (Korean/Chinese) are preferred.
- Experience in business development, influencer marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the Crypto/Web3 industry and content creation landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and collaborate across teams.
