Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage contract trading channels to ensure the achievement of monthly performance targets.
• Identify and onboard agents, broker channels, and partners within the assigned regions, including key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Conduct performance evaluations to assess and optimize channel effectiveness.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, identify user needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and decision support.
• Expand regional sales channels by identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Organize and execute online and offline marketing activities to engage target users and boost brand awareness.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, contract trading, or channel management.
• Strong network and understanding of markets in Nigeria, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, or the Middle East.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive strategic decisions.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Experience in organizing marketing events or campaigns is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support regional business activities.
