The Contract (Derivatives) Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform's core products. This position involves strategic planning, product development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative derivative solutions that meet market demands and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the platform's core derivative products based on company strategic planning.
- Define detailed product requirements and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of derivative products and features.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and customer interactions to gather feedback and continuously improve product offerings.
- Perform thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the derivatives market and inform product strategy.
- Utilize data analysis and user insights to prioritize product features and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all derivative products meet regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
- Manage the backlog and specific functionalities of derivative product lines.
Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of derivative products and financial markets, with proven experience in product management. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features are essential.
