Job Description
The Blockchain Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients and partners in the Cex and Dex sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of the blockchain industry and the ability to foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will act as a representative of GateKeeper, expanding industry channels and maintaining strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor blockchain industry trends to identify potential clients and partners in Cex and Dex projects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate market-making for high-quality Cex and Dex projects, ensuring timely completion of quarterly and monthly targets.
- Represent GateKeeper in expanding industry channels and maintaining strong relationships for long-term collaboration.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients and partners.
- Stay updated on local industry trends and competitor activities, developing strategic responses accordingly.
- Enhance the platform's reputation and build a positive market image.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of business development experience in the crypto industry, with a proven track record in exchange listing (applicants without this experience need not apply).
- Results-driven with demonstrated success in business cases or performance metrics, able to showcase concrete achievements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and resource conversion skills, coupled with a passion for the industry and active participation in related events.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese as working languages.
