Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative specializing in blockchain and cryptocurrency exchanges, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and fostering strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring industry trends to identify potential clients and partners among Centralized Exchanges (Cex) and Decentralized Exchanges (Dex) projects.
- Coordinating internal and external resources to facilitate market-making activities for high-quality Cex and Dex projects, ensuring timely completion of quarterly and monthly targets.
- Representing GateKeeper to expand industry channels and maintain strong relationships, fostering long-term collaborations.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both new and existing clients and partners.
- Staying updated on local industry developments and competitor activities, formulating actionable strategies accordingly.
- Enhancing the platform's reputation and establishing a positive market image.
Job Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of business development experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a proven track record in exchange listing (applicants without this experience need not apply).
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrable success cases or performance metrics showcasing tangible achievements.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to convert resources into opportunities. A passion for the industry and active participation in related events is essential.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese as working languages.
