Job Description
This role is responsible for managing and expanding the platform's overseas business operations. The candidate will oversee the maintenance of overseas institutions, brokers, and communities, including daily Q&A support, regular updates of critical information, and the achievement of phased KPI targets. They will also lead institutional client development through platform collaboration, product marketing, and business channel expansion. Key responsibilities include establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, identifying potential customers and collaborators, and participating in inter-provincial/overseas industry conferences to maintain stakeholder relationships. The position requires proactive opportunity identification, analysis, and development of innovative business models. Additionally, the candidate must create personalized BD strategies, prepare compelling sales materials and proposals, and build long-term networks for future growth. Market research and competitive analysis are essential to inform solutions and drive creative initiatives. Cross-departmental collaboration with design, copywriting, product development, and R&D teams is necessary to execute expansion plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of overseas institutions, brokers, and communities, including Q&A support, information updates, and KPI tracking
  • Develop and implement strategies for institutional client acquisition through platform integration, product promotion, and channel expansion
  • Manage strategic partnerships and proactively identify new business opportunities with potential partners
  • Represent the company at inter-provincial/overseas industry events and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitor activities, and propose innovative solutions based on findings
  • Create tailored business development plans, design sales proposals, and establish sustainable partnerships for long-term growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, copywriting, product development, and R&D to execute expansion strategies
  • Monitor market feedback, identify trends, and continuously optimize business approaches to maintain competitiveness
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international business development or related fields
  • Proven track record of successfully managing overseas operations and client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market data, competitor strategies, and business opportunities
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive BD strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-departmental teamwork and project coordination
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms for client engagement and lead generation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in international market expansion
