This position is responsible for the comprehensive management and optimization of the company's social media presence. The candidate will oversee the development, maintenance, and strategic execution of social media platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of social media platform development, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Execute daily operations to maintain consistent brand messaging, manage community interactions, and ensure platform compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Monitor overseas social media activity using analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics) to identify emerging trends, user behavior patterns, and competitor strategies.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, including customer feedback, engagement metrics, and industry benchmarks, to generate actionable reports for senior management.
- Identify operational gaps through stakeholder collaboration, such as content gaps, engagement bottlenecks, or platform-specific challenges, and implement targeted solutions.

Job Requirements
