Job Description:
We are hiring Contract BD Managers and BD Team Leaders for the Mandarin-speaking region/Taiwan/Vietnam market.
- Agency Development: Responsible for identifying and onboarding new agencies in target markets, driving new agent registrations.
- Social Media Management: Familiar with social media channels in target markets, capable of planning and creating engaging content.
- Relationship Maintenance: Build long-term partnerships to enhance agent loyalty, transaction volume, and activity levels.
- Market Expansion: Analyze industry trends, identify potential partners, and broaden market channels.
- Performance Growth: Drive agent transaction growth and achieve performance targets to earn additional bonus incentives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure quick response and optimization of agent needs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development within the exchange industry; candidates with existing resources will be prioritized.
- Strong skills in client acquisition and retention, with market insight and business negotiation capabilities.
- Goal-oriented with a strong performance-driven mindset, willing to take on challenges for high bonuses.
