Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the CIS/Poland region. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by establishing and nurturing partnerships with key players in the cryptocurrency industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence in the CIS/Poland region.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential partners, influencers, KOLs, and crypto projects.
  • Prepare and present compelling partnership proposals to stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and manage long-term partner relationships to drive company growth.
  • Plan and oversee online and offline marketing campaigns, events, and activities involving influencers and media channels.
  • Implement innovative strategies to grow the user base and enhance brand awareness of BingX in the CIS/Poland market.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the CIS/Poland crypto ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Russian (Polish is a plus).
  • Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations to potential partners.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for blockchain technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trends in the CIS/Poland region.
  • Previous experience working with influencers and media channels in the crypto space.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
