Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and strategic professional to join our team as a Blockchain Business Development Specialist. This role focuses on driving growth and partnerships within the cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on both centralized (Cex) and decentralized (Dex) platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, fostering relationships, and executing strategies to enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Track the development trends of the blockchain industry, identify potential customers and partners for Cex and Dex projects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to promote high-quality Cex and Dex project market making, and complete quarterly and monthly tasks on time.
- As a representative of GateKeeper, maintain good relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term cooperation.
- Establish long-term relationships with new and old customers and partners.
- Keep abreast of local industry development trends and competitor trends, and develop corresponding action strategies.
- Expand platform reputation and establish a good market image.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong understanding of Cex and Dex platforms, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and competitor activities to develop actionable plans.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with KOLs, marketing channels, and community engagement strategies in the crypto space.
