Job Description
This role focuses on designing and executing marketing campaigns while managing affiliate marketing strategies to drive business growth. The candidate will work across multiple departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and creative collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans with performance tracking systems to measure outcomes and refine strategies.
  • Work closely with the events manager to create on-the-ground campaigns that align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate creatively with the design team to produce compelling promotional materials that enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with the social media team to ensure consistent and extensive promotion across platforms.
  • Partner with the digital marketing manager and other departments to optimize on-platform incentive structures for maximum engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and leverage data insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Implement strategies for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and affiliates to expand the network.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging influencers to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to design innovative affiliate marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in campaign design and execution, with a track record of successful performance tracking and optimization.
