Job Description
As a Community & Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and operating multiple blockchain communities across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and social media channels. This role requires proactive engagement with users to maintain active participation, foster a sense of belonging, and drive growth through strategic initiatives. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries related to the C3.io platform, ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additionally, you will build and nurture relationships with industry influencers and external blockchain communities to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community management strategies to increase user engagement and retention across all platforms.
- Monitor and moderate community discussions to ensure a positive, inclusive environment for all participants.
- Organize regular project updates, Q&A sessions, and interactive events to keep the community informed and involved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and incorporate it into product development cycles.
- Provide technical support through multiple channels, including live chat, email, and platform-specific tools, to resolve user issues efficiently.
- Track and document recurring technical problems, escalating them to the development team for resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies and platform features to deliver accurate and timely support.
- Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the blockchain space to collaborate on promotional activities and content creation.
- Establish long-term partnerships with KOLs through regular communication, co-hosting events, and sharing project milestones.
- Expand relationships with external blockchain communities by offering exclusive resources, hosting joint initiatives, and promoting C3.io's exchange services.
- Measure the effectiveness of community engagement efforts through analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company's brand values in all interactions, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or customer support within the blockchain or tech industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in managing multiple communication platforms (Telegram, Discord, etc.) and understanding their unique user dynamics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on technical troubleshooting and user-centric solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology fundamentals and platform operations to provide informed support.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with influencers and external communities is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills preferred for global outreach.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
