Job Description
Seeking a dynamic community manager to oversee the creation, maintenance, and growth of Chinese-speaking online communities across platforms such as WeChat and QQ. The role focuses on enhancing user engagement through strategic content planning, fostering a sense of belonging, and implementing retention strategies. This position also involves monitoring community trends, analyzing user behavior, and developing actionable insights to optimize community performance. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for designing and executing innovative activities that drive user participation and strengthen community loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage Chinese communities on social platforms like WeChat, QQ, and others to improve user retention and engagement metrics.
  • Conduct regular analysis of community dynamics, including user interactions, content performance, and sentiment trends, to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute creative community activities (e.g., contests, Q&A sessions, live events) that attract new members and maintain existing engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure community initiatives align with business goals and brand messaging.
  • Monitor blockchain-related product usage patterns and provide timely support to users facing technical or operational challenges.
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously refine community strategies based on user input and performance data.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as active user count, participation rate, and conversion metrics to measure success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate community engagement approaches.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably with a focus on Chinese-speaking audiences and social media platforms.
