Job Description
This role involves coordinating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to facilitate partnerships and address customer service challenges. The position requires proactive engagement with KOLs to enhance community growth and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and contact KOLs to discuss cooperation matters, and solve various customer service problems encountered by KOLs in the daily process of attracting new customers.
- Respond to customer service questions in the KOL community and provide daily work support for KOLs, as well as actively attracting new fans to the cooperative group.
- Promote and advertise active activities for attracting new members within the community.
- Identify and categorize issues raised by community users, and provide feedback to the corresponding department.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with KOLs and community members.
- Experience in customer service or community management, preferably within a KOL or influencer environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues efficiently.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on community growth and engagement.
- Basic understanding of marketing and promotional strategies for community activities.
