Job Description
Responsible for building, managing, and operating the developer community through common operational channels such as Discord and Telegram. This includes designing and implementing community architecture and tool systems tailored to different stage goals, such as authentication mechanisms, role settings, channel permissions, and product implantation. The role involves monitoring and optimizing community metrics including user numbers, activity levels, and conversion rates, while maintaining a deep understanding of user sentiment and reputation management. Additionally, the candidate will develop an overall framework and operational mechanism for the community, plan original activities to activate engagement, guide user attention toward self-dissemination, and expand community influence. The position also requires acting as a bridge between TinTinLand and developer users, ensuring smooth information flow between the team and community, and organizing user feedback and public opinion data to analyze core demands. Finally, the role involves planning global marketing activities to foster goodwill, increase user participation, and establish relationships with Web3.0 ecosystem projects, communities, universities, and other stakeholders to promote the development of developer users.
