Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee and enhance our Telegram community. This role involves managing daily operations, optimizing automated processes, and fostering engagement through strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will build and lead MOD teams while designing effective incentive mechanisms to maintain high team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Telegram Community Management: Maintain daily operations of the Telegram community, set up and optimize BOT functionalities, and ensure smooth automated processes.
- MOD Team Building & Incentive Design: Recruit and manage MOD teams, develop management systems and incentive mechanisms to boost team motivation and efficiency.
- Community Engagement Enhancement: Plan and execute online activities (e.g., AMA sessions, themed discussions) to increase member participation and loyalty.
- Project Value Dissemination: Communicate project updates and core values effectively, leveraging market trends to create FOMO sentiment and drive project growth.
- KOC Operations: Identify and collaborate with potential Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), create tailored plans to amplify project visibility and community influence.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Telegram community management and BOT optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and incentive design.
- Ability to plan and execute engaging online activities.
- Excellent communication skills to convey project values and updates effectively.
- Experience in identifying and managing relationships with KOCs or influencers.
- Understanding of market dynamics and ability to leverage trends for community growth.
