Job Description
Responsible for outputting Web3 industry related content, outputting community operation content, and achieving standardized content output. This includes creating and maintaining content for various platforms and communities, such as Twitter, Medium, Discord, Instagram, and Reddit. The role also involves planning and implementing community activities, managing feedback, and facilitating communication within the target audience. Additionally, the position requires developing community operation plans tailored to different stages of the product lifecycle, with a focus on user engagement and activity promotion through content, activities, and user management modules. The candidate will also provide insights to users to help optimize products and operational activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and community needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategies for Web3 industry topics, including technical analysis, project updates, and market trends, to maintain consistency and quality across all output channels.
  • Manage and maintain content media platforms and communities (Twitter, Medium, Discord, Instagram, Reddit) by regularly updating content, monitoring engagement metrics, and addressing user inquiries.
  • Plan and organize community activities such as AMAs, Q&A sessions, and thematic discussions, while collecting and analyzing user feedback to improve community interaction and satisfaction.
  • Implement user-centric community operation plans aligned with product development phases, focusing on driving user growth, retention, and active participation through targeted content, events, and user engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights based on user behavior data, contributing to product optimization and the refinement of operational strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Web3 industry knowledge, including blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and NFT ecosystems, to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to produce engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in managing online communities and content platforms, demonstrating a track record of successful community growth and engagement metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret user feedback, engagement data, and community trends, enabling data-driven decisions for content and activity optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of content quality and community management.
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Grammarly) and community management platforms (e.g., Discord, Slack) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with users, stakeholders, and team members while representing the brand professionally.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results within tight deadlines.
