Job Description
The position is responsible for planning, producing, and promoting content related to the company's platform and industry training. The goal is to enhance users' understanding and engagement with platform products and industry trends, thereby boosting brand influence and user growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Production: Develop platform introduction PPTs and training materials with clear structures and consistent visuals; write video scripts and collaborate with design and video teams for production; plan and publish platform news, industry trends, and insightful content.
- Knowledge Dissemination: Regularly plan industry knowledge topics, draft articles, newsletters, and short video scripts; design knowledge-sharing schedules based on user needs and trending topics; coordinate with the operations team for online/offline promotional activities.
- Training & Documentation: Maintain and update training libraries, case studies, FAQs, and other materials to ensure accuracy and timeliness; support internal and external partner training sessions; establish content analytics to optimize engagement and readability.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, design, and event teams to align branding and messaging; gather user feedback to refine content strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years in training operations or content planning (experience in content architecture preferred).
- Strong PPT design skills, structured thinking, and course development expertise.
- Preferred: Experience in event execution/community management (e.g., agent conferences, online bootcamps).
- Excellent communication, approachability, and service mindset—comfortable both presenting and scripting.
